model train controler

hi there
i looking for one circiut to control two model trains independantly. have traweled through loads of web sites with no real sucess. the circiut could do with incorperating the following....drop 240v to 12v 2xvariable outputs and output/outputs to power lighting,points,servos etc
anybody help?

Depending on the amps you need, you could use an atx powersupply
and wire the 12 volt output through 2 seperate transistors!
