MOC3032 Resistor size

Does the 180Ω and 1KΩ resistor size (see pic) need to change if the AC voltage is reduced from 115V to 24 volts? If so, how do I calculate it?

The 1K stays as it is. Reduce the other by the ratio 24/115.
