Mobo eSATA Port Multiplier

So I plugged in my new dual HD enclosure and only one HD is showing up. The manual says that one drive will show up if the motherboard does not support SATA port multipliers. I have a Asus P5K Deluxe/WiFi and find it hard to believe that it doesn't support port multipliers, but I can't find anywhere that says whether it does or doesn't.

Does anyone know where to look?
 
THey are appearing now...I think I just needed to update the secondary SATA drivers on my motherboard (the JMIcron ones).
