Hi all
all mobile phones are trancievers.
is there any way to communicate through two mobile phones directly, without using any telecom company service.

Blue tooth, infra red.

Why do some people call a cell phone a "mobile phone"?
Don't they have wireless home phones?
Doesn't their country use cells for cell phones (and for prisoners)?

AG you really must get out a bit more in the wide world.

In the UK a cell phone is a mobile phone or just "mobile".

In Germany it is called a "handy".

In the far east, Singapore, and Australia if I remember correctly it is called a "hand phone".
