Mixer,Transistor bfy90 and noise source

Hi

I am working on "Fabrication, design and testing of microwave filters in X-band". For the fulfillment of the same I have to design:

1.Mixer
2.IF amplifier(30Mhz)
3.Noise source in X-band

First of all can somebody suggest me something about the required mixer and noise source?Secondly for the design of IF amplifier I require data sheet of bfy90 transistor (specially mentioning hfe and hie values).

**broken link removed** all of the BFY90 datasheets that I have. There are sheets there from three different makers.
