A voltage follower run off two 9 V batteries is pretty basic.

i want something different n innovative...........
not that basic..........

If someone else gives you the plan, it's not innovative.

Do you know what op amps are used for? Can you pick something from that list and try to improve on it?

How about a 1500W 12V pure sinewave inverter built from nothing but 2N2222A transistors?
 
How about a light-beam communicator?
 
A minor project?

Is that less important than a major project?

Id it so unimportant that you're not supposed to do the work yourself?
