Or, if you can get to a tech library the "IEEE proceedings on circuit theory", or whatever they call it nowadays, has some really way out stuff.
Reading these articles will kill off some of your brain cells.

If someone else gives you the plan, it's not innovative.

Do you know what op amps are used for? Can you pick something from that list and try to improve on it?
