microwave oscillator

Hi I would like help designing a oscillator that would resonate a about 1.425 Ghz and use a colpitts oscillator having one of the capacitor in the circuit be varibale to keep the oscillator a resonate becouse of the ever changing value of the dielectric of this capacitor and also help designing a rf amplifier that have a larger rf gain and convert it to a dc pulse.
