Microinverter with output power of 250W and 500W

Which do you think is a better choice of microinverter output power? 250Watts? or 500Watts? What will be the advantage if I choose 250Watts over 500Watts? or 500Watts over 250watts?

None of those are 'micro' inverters.

As Nigel says. Indeed, they'll be quite chunky inverters .
What is your power source? What load do you intend the inverter to drive?

solar panel will drive the inverter.. but if you will choose an inverter power output, what will you choose a higher value or a lower power value? thanks..

It depends on exactly how it's used, and what it's for, each installation needs designing specifically to meet it's own requirements.
