Microchip AN1366 Code

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me how I can find code for AN1366 app note. The code uses CCP capture to receive Manchester or PWM encoded RF data. It is C code for RF KeeLoq device but I really am interested in KLQRXINT_CCP.C
I have looked everywhere......can't find it....

If it is another piece of sample code in may be in a similar app note. I was doing some FP stuff and I had to look at several ap notes to get all of the include files called from any particular ap note. If you can't find it in another Ap Note, try posting on the microchip forum. That's what solved my problem.

Thanks Wanna......Good Idea....I did check other Ap Notes....just wish they put up the code as they say in the note.
I am really looking for C code using CCP to capture a Manchester encoded bit stream.
