hi

i know just a bit about c programing...
i think the ckts wat iam trying to do using semiconductors will be easier if i use pic chip.
will i be able to program a chip if i have a little knoledge ... and will any one help me out with that if i get struck in that...
please suggest me any book to know the basic and more....
and wher can i get a pic programer kit in india n how to get it.....
/....... i have got lot of 12f675 chips so please help...........
