please help me desiging my own trainer kit with computer connectivity which uses keil uvision software for programming . Circuit diagram

Keil uVision is a C compiler for MSC51 family. It has nothing to do with what hardware you are using. You can use it with any 8051 family trainer kit with RS232 connectivity to download compiled programs to RAM for execution or you can use MCS51 programmer to burn it into internal FLASH ROM.
Keil Demo Version has 2k code limit. If you are interested in totally free C compiler go for SDCC available at http://sdcc.sourceforge.net
