Hi everyone,

What does mesh size means?
How can we detrermine the right mesh size for a simulator to run on a miscostrip antenns?

Thanks in advance for all the replies

Some antenna simulators use a form of Finite Element Method to turn a difficult linear problem into a simpler finite problem. In other words, the complexity of the shape of the spaces and conductors is reduced into an array of simpler geometric shapes in order to make computation easier and more reliable. This array of simpler shapes is the mesh. The size of each element in the array is the mesh size.
