I am building the project for monitoring the parameters of solar panel. so i want to monitor voltage and current of solar panel and store these values into the micro controller.

So, how could be this done..??

you did not provide any useful information, how can you expect sane answer?
panel voltage range?
panel max current ?
microcontroller type?
number of available analog inputs?
range an resolution?
is there isolation requirement?

in simplest terms you can use voltage divider to scale down measured voltage to something your controller can use.
using shunt you can get small voltage drop proportional to drawn current. this can be amplified using opamp for example and then bring to controller input. alternatively one can use isolated current sensing ICs like allegro ACS712 for example.
