I'm trying to decide which of the listed DAQ models I should acquire for my project. From the websites (**broken link removed** and **broken link removed**), it appears that the only difference between those two boards is the current source/sink specifications. What would be the deciding factor in this case on picking the board?

It depends on what you want to drive with the digital IO pins.

IFF you are going to write your own software on the PC side look at the bitwacker link in my signature. It may or may not have enough IO pins but it is much more flexiable. Sparkfun has it in for $25.
