I am trying to figure out the single-ended output impedance of the MC1350 IF amplifier IC.
The datasheet gives the g22 & b22 values for the differential output admittance, from which
I am calculating the differential output impedance as 1 / sqrt ( g22 * g22 + b22 * b22 ).
My question: Is the single-ended output impedance 1/2 of the differential output impedance
or twice that?
The graph in fig 10 states (Single–ended output admittance exhibits twice these values). The last time I saw that part used was back in the 80's. If I recall, it really has a tendency to oscillate at low AGC, or high gain so be careful on layout.
