Hi, i want to know how to solve this using matlab and get the ans 1.537 and angle -0.242

z=1/(1-0.4*exp(-0.4i))

Gives you the answer in complex notation as 1.49255300525684 - 0.368112710438654i

Then use the abs and angle functions

abs(z)= 1.53727728178351
angle(z)= -0.241807147473351
