many HALF-H DRIVERS

Hi

I'm trying to locate a part with mutiple half-h driver (0.5-2A) ... L293D is what I use now (600mA, 4 half-H drivers) but I use many of them (20 bidirectional dc motors so 10 L293D's) ...

does anyone know a chip that is 8 half-h or 10 half-h or 20 half-h, preferably with output diodes (like L239D) but those are not necessary ?
