Hi everyone

Can anyone please tell me what do these terms mean in a circuit?

main power traces
control signal

Cheers.

Can you possibly be anymore vague?

The main power traces power the circuit, they normally have to be quite wide to carry the required current.

The control signal depends on the circuit, it could be anything, but it will be a low power signal.

Please post a schematic.

Also look for the size of the components attached to those tracks.

For example a 1N5404 diode (3 amps) is a lot bigger than a 1N914 (signal diode)
Same applies to other components as well.
