No you need RS232, USB devices generally do not have a USB host mode.
You can buy Bluetooth Magstripe readers.

i need something that is smallnminimum component as the manager hav to take it onsite n he doenot want it to b big after i get the circyuit done i too hav to make the enclosure so wht i need is a 3 track magstripe reader with minimum parts n small
nmoreover if ibuy a magstripe reader n bluetooth i dont know how to put it together do i need additional pcb or ?please help

It's already built, smaller than something you could cobble together. Just add a computer.
