M3001-24PI, anyone know this?

Hello folks
I'm in the process of finally clearing out and catalogue-ing my components, and I came across this chip, which I believe is some sort of processor. The text on it reads:
M3001 24PI
E7235306
R-uEM87-50C

I googled it, but found nothing really, except exact word matches on M3001, which gave me no extra info. Do any of you know what this is?
