Hi,
I am doing a linear regulator using LTspice opamps from analog.com.
I must add a BD241C NPN model to LTspice.
The following page shows "spice2" model and a "spice3" model.
Which is best? What is the difference, in terms of useage in LTspice?

Wikipedia has a post that describe the history of spice, including the different spice generations.
