LTSpice Transconductance - HELP

Dhruvajit

New Member
I am a beginner to LTSpice and need help to plot the graph of the transconductance of the below-given circuit, on LTSpice.
  • The diagram is of a differential amplifier whose supply voltage is 1V. The inputs are for the moment +/-1 to test the circuit.
  • This circuit forms as a symbol of a Gm-cell. So I really need to get this plot to figure out the latter stuff.
Please provide guidance. I have attached the file and picture of the circuit. Thank you!OTA CIRCUIT.PNG

I do not have the cmosedu_models.txt.
Will this work with only 1V supply?
Will this work with one input at -1V, with no negative supply?
