I want to use the LTC3650 for a LiPo-charger.

The chip is manufactured in two different packages: 12-pin MSOP and 12-pin DFN.

The MSOP package has produding pins while the DFN package has the pins buried underneath the plastic body.

The latter is very difficult to solder manually, but it's the only type I could source so far.

Any help towards a source offering the chip in a 12-pin MSOP package is much appreciated.
