It would be helpful if you would actually provide details about what it is and its description. All I see is a string of numbers and letters, I don't recognize what it is from the information you provided.

Sounds like a Chinese transformer of some kind. I just Recognized the UL listing file E154515. I have seen it frequently stamped on power transformers.

Would a cross reference work? Can we know the primary and secondary input and output.

I know nothing about input/output,What this does is ignite the gas burners in the oven

In that case, may have better luck going by the oven brand/model number rather than deciphering the number on the transformer.
Very often, the same part may be superseded along with various manufactures.
