I am still trying to figure out a circuit that will
cutoff voltage from a battery when the voltage reaches 9v, also have it have an audible alarm warning sound.
With help from user on1aag I was pointed to this datasheet of this IC ICL7665S

within this datasheet it gives a few circuit examples to try.
I spotted one i would much like to make.
It is voltage cutoff and warning circuit on page 10.

I would like to know how to determine the resistor values for my project.?
Also I do not believe I am getting this method.
could someone explain it a bit more?
If you also know a better circuit to do this could you please share.?
