Low-DPI large display?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this, but I couldn't get a better mapping. So, for a STM32 contest I require a fairly large -- 4,5,6" -- display, but with low-DPI, 320x240 would be perfect. I know I can simulate a low resolution on any display, but unless the display can handle it internally I can't really afford the computational resources. Does anyone have any idea what displays are out there? Thank you.
