The new datasheet archive Datasheet Archive website gave me these results when i selected to browse Sanyo parts. STK301-090 STK400-090 STK401-090 STK402-090 STK404-090 STK405-090 STK412-090 STK417-090 STK442-090 STK730-090 Hope this helps.
