I am looking for data sheet for the chips marking 332x and CO3R (Picture are attached). These are generating constant 3V output with the schemetic attached.

Here are some behavior of the circuit:
The voltage of C1 is not going up more than 6V after rectification by 332x, and the 332x enable the CO3R when the C1 is around 5V. And the voltage of C2 shows always 3V out whenever CO3R is enabled.

I am looking for anything about this. Any thought? Name? What kind? What do we call this? etc.

U2 seems to be a heavy duty series pass element and U1 handles the regulation function. With all those wires there might be current foldback also. It seems to be linear.
