Hi All,

I"m working on a trackball design and have a lot of tranzorbs I'd like to get rid of on the switches. Are there any chips out there that has a bank of tranzorbs inside?

Littelfuse makes them but you'd have to hunt around on their website because I forget what it's called.

Yes,I know at least Comchip makes some. Try checking at Mouser, I think that's where we buy ours. They are usually used for com/data lines (ethernet, etc). Probably other companies make them too.

Here is another one.

Just go to Digikey and search for TVS. Click on TVS - Diodes under the Circuit Protection section. Select all packages that have lots of pins, because they'll all be arrays. They have a lot.
