Hi all,

I'm looking for old AMD 25LS25 series databook, datasheets or who knows where to get or request this information.
For now i'm trying to find specs on 25LS2538.

I have AMD datasheet manual, but there isn't such device. There are device like
25LS25XX where XX are number code.
May be you ave typed a wrong code..............

Yes, the XX must be replaced by correct member code.
For now i just need the pinout and logic function table for the part AM25LS2538.
