Looking for a MOV with thermal fuse protection.

I'm looking for a thermally fuse protected MOV with the following specifications:
Clamping voltage: 300V (max. 400V).
AC voltage rating: 275V
Energy rating: At least 400J
Peak current: at least 6KA.

Could anyone direct me to one please?

A MOV with an internal fuse can fail and you won't know it.

I'm aware of it.
Still, i'd like to use it.
