Looking for 1N82A, 1N4149, 1N4151 Diodes

Hi;

Looking for 1N82A, 1N4149, 1N4151 Diodes.
(Medium power Schottky diodes were recommended).

These are suggested parts for adding some circuitry to a digital meter to enable it to read RF currents and voltages in antennas and feedlines.
A 1N34A was also recommended and out of all these that is the only one I have been able to find online.
