Logitech Z3 PC speaker system 9 pin connector(mini din) loose

Hi folks,

I'm new to this, I've got an issue with this loose connector and wondered if anyone had a schematic so I could:

a) make some form of permanent wiring.

b) use a different type of connector set up.

would need the wire colours too?

Any help would be much appreciated

To start with, why not open the box and use a ohmeter to identify which pins terminate where... It will be a good starting point.
