Logic level Pfets in normal transistor packages?

So I have BS250's in E-line package and I would love something that performs similar to an IRLTS2242TRPBF for instance, that has on resistance in the milliohms at logic level inputs.

I can use the above on veroboards but there are times when you want a small leaded package capable of an amp or so but don't want to use larger more readily available packages!

What do other folks use?

*I will say the little fet above is just amazing for its small size though!
