Pls can someone tell me the components that are inside a logic operators.Example:AND,OR and NOT are made up of how many conponents and they names.

**broken link removed** I suggest you use the building blocks on the link and look at the truth tables. Things begin with simple Diode logic and progress from there.

It depends on the logic gate?

There's oten a schematic on the datasheet which can be normally found using Google.

Notice how for every N-channel MOSFET there's a P-channel MOSFET and that the NOR gate input stage is the reverse of the NAND input stage?
