You are really the best person i came across, who not only help to solve the query but also guide you how you can do it yourself if you stuck somewhere.

I will test the results the hardware as well as on simulation and then let you know the result.

Got the result.

But i have notices that the results from the simulation and the actual set up differs.

In the simulation, the offset resistor has no effect on the output voltage, but it does effect on the actual hardware. So i am planning to shoot a mail to ti persons for the same.
