LM317 voltage regulator!

You have the outputs labelled backwards. The one marked 24V actually is 5V and the one labelled 5V actually is 24V.

The 200uF value of the rectifier filter produces about 2V p-p of ripple at the input of the regulators when the total load current is about 100mA.

The output of each regulator should have a 1uF to 10uf capacitor to ground to improve transient response and prevent oscillation.
