What are you trying to achieve with this reg ?
Basically its a step down switcher, so for 12v in the min out is going to be equal to the vref of 1.2volts............there's plenty of info on th eNational web site and even a design calculator....

well i wanted to know if i power a swps with this regulator from 12V what it will be the max output voltage i can get? can i get 1.2-12V?

Definitely no. With good efficiency the output about 7...8V, but try on NSC website this calculator as Chippie suggest, really helpful.
