i just want to know how to create a light sensor , and use its output to give orders to other equipements ( lamp , motor .. .)

We need to figure out what exactly you are asking for. Do you want an optical remote control? Do you want equipment to react to ambient light levels and/or wavelengths?

Just use a the circuit below but replace the thermistor with an LDR.

The quality of help is usually proportional to the details given in the request...

Hero's suggested circuit is about as simple as it gets, the semiconductors are unlabeled, as most any general purpose devices will work.
