Video just went black while playing, back lights work, audio works, remote works...volume etc. just ZERO video.

Youtube repair videos suggest the T-Con board is bad.

Can't find a replacement available AT all!

Has anyone any advice on troubleshooting the board at the component level?

Just a follow up. Got a T-con board off ebay for $75 and it fixed the prob.
