LG 42PJ250 HELP

Hello Friends,
Am working on LG plasma 42pj250, this set came with no sound no back light, when i checked the y sustain board the 15v to feed CTRL is missing, i also saw this EBJ60730701 chopper transformer bad and i replaced it still the same. this ysus model are;
LGE PDP 100315
BOARD 42T1_YSUS
PART NO EAX61332701
All voltage from the PSU is complete i need help on how to troubleshoot this ysus, if possible any schematic that contains the ysus will be very much welcome

Not familiar with the set but there is a service guide posted on elektrotanya. Not sure if it can be any help?
