Led vu meter

Hi I built this Led Vu Meter from a circuit online, it seems to work however only works when the audio source is driven really hard which makes it useless. Does anyone know what resistors I will have to change for the leds to drive at line level? thanks

To increase the sensitivity, increase the value of R2. The op amp gain is proportional to that resistor value.
