LED driver

Hi there,

Does anyone know a good LED driver (constant current source), that doesn't have a serial interface. I just need to light up ~100 LEDs at a constant current, and not contol each individual one.

Thanks

100 LEDs in series? Parallel? A mixture of both? What you're asking for isn't so much a driver as it is a power supply, no single chip is going to manage it.

www . mastechpowersupply . com They are pretty cheap
I have not used them though

put them in parallel in strings of 3, this will connect 99 leds, 3.6v @ 20ma, will give a total draw of 680ma

each series will need a 100ohm resistor.

all this can then be fed from one single 12v, 1Amp source
