Gayan Soyza Active Member Nov 6, 2010 #4 I drive a PNP via a NPN.NPN is switch trough 5V signal. PNP collector will give to SSD anode.PNP Emitter feeding from 12V or higher value.SSD cathodes driven from a ULN2003 via 8 resisters.
