i have a lan tester when i test the cable only 6,7,8 lights go on i opended it up discoverd all the led bulbs were blown up i chnged them and tested the new ones they work well but when i put them up and try testing the lan cable only 7,8 led worked inside their are few very tiny transiters i tested them with my memometer on 2 m on the memometer and all showed 3796 sumtin all none were under 0 or in - so all transiters are welll and bulbs i have no idea why its not working any help
