Lack of info.Please point me to tha right direction

I need help on the basics. Info is hard for me to find! I have learned abought all the conponets such as diods transisters etc... butt i cant seem
to find the basic info needed so i can start putting this stuff together.I have
3 books ive read butt it is all blobed together. i am just asking is there a sight or any downloads to bet the basics thats not all cramed together
