I have to replace the FET DUAL SI N-CHANEL
Part number M47F(C).
I have tried to use two single fets but they do not work as they are not matched.
I have tried several suppliers but they can not help me.
I can not find any substitute one to replace the fet .
Can you help me with this search .
I only have one channel at this stage on the CRO
The Model number of the CRO is CS-1021
