K8004 problem with PWM controller noise

My electric model airplanes had a 0.1uf ceramic capacitor across the motor. Ceramic is good up to tens or hundreds of MHz but polyester capacitors are good up to only hundreds of kHz. A 0.47uf ceramic capacitor might not work at a high enough frequency.

Frequency is 29.333khz, I tested 0.1uf ceramic cap works but not all noise is gone, then I had 0.47uf polyester and it worked better with it. So I think if I change it to ceramic 0.47uf it will work fine and be smaller too.
