Just starting-- help please.

Hello all. I Have read the sticky for newcomers. But I have a PICKIT2 and some older pic's a 10F200 and a 16F54. I can't seem to find anything that will let me program it and get started learning some code and such.
I know zero about it and want to learn, but how to start???

Please any suggestions to get me going would be really great.
