jack 3.5mm to MicroUSB

I have a TomTom GPS that need to be replaced, but I ran into the problem that dn current setup I have in the car has a power 3.5mm jack with the new one is the Micro.

There is an adapter that can solve this problem?

All the one I can find online is for Headphones ...

You'll need to purchase this directly from a TomTom supplier or provide a schematic, there is no standard adapter that will work.
